One Date Filter Across the Whole ERP

Improvement

Sep 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.514

Every report carried its own copy of the date box, so the arrows and the wording changed from screen to screen.

📅 Now: • The same date filter on sales, stock, purchases, accounting, kitchen, HR, audit and reservations • Arrows step the dates back and forward on every filter • The middle names the period, such as Today, This week or Last month, or says "to" for a window of your own • Dates are written in the business's own date format • A box that does not apply is hidden, never left out

⚡ Faster: • Business-Wise Sale opens at once; its figures are asked when you run it, one restaurant at a time

🧾 Removed: • Five accounting reports that never had any data to show are gone

Result: One date filter to learn, and reports that open straight away.

Rider Hub Gets a Premium Look and the Auto-Assignment Tab

Improvement

Sep 19, 2026  ·  v2.30.510

The Rider Hub's nine tabs ran in one row that scrolled sideways on a narrow screen.

📊 Now: • Five live numbers at the top: riders on duty, orders out, waiting for a rider, open hand-ins and open issues • Four groups, Today, Money, Quality and Setup, each with its counts; the groups sit on one row and the open group's tabs under them • Light and dark themes

🤝 Auto-assignment: • Auto-assignment has its own Assignment tab with the pool, the check-outs and today's record • Where the branch assigns riders by itself, the rider app hides the Available list and shows him his place in the queue • An auto-assigned order carries an auto tag, and a branch that allows it lets the rider decline one

Result: The rider side of the business is one page, and it shows what needs attention first.

Rider Auto-Assignment Keeps a Clean Pool and Never Gives Up Silently

Improvement

Sep 19, 2026  ·  v2.30.507

A rider who went home stayed in the pool for days, and an order with no free rider waited on a timer and was dropped after twelve tries with nobody told.

🧹 Check-out: • Checking out hands the orders a rider never picked up back to the pool, and riders still on duty are offered them at once • A manager can check a rider out from Options → Rider; it is refused while an order is out with him • An hourly sweep checks out a rider who forgot, once he has been on duty since before today's business day and for at least twelve hours

🔁 Waiting orders: • An order with no rider is offered again when a rider checks in, delivers, or is marked back at the branch • The manager's page lists the orders waiting, how long they have waited, the tries, and how the last one ended, with an Offer now button • Every automatic pick is recorded: the order, the rider, the try and the result

🎯 Statuses: • The branch chooses the statuses at which a delivery order gets its rider, such as ready, served or paid • A rider changed by hand at the POS frees the order for somebody else

Result: No order is left waiting unseen, and no rider stays on the books after going home.

Rider Auto-Assignment Picks the Fairest Rider

Improvement

Sep 19, 2026  ·  v2.30.504

With auto-assignment on, one rider could collect a burst of orders because the count only moved on delivery, and a rider who had just come back stayed at the front of the queue.

🛵 Now: • Only a live order gets a rider; a pending or draft order waits until the counter accepts it, so nobody is sent an order that then disappears • A rider at the counter is picked before one out on the road • Then the fewest orders in hand, the fewest delivered today, and whoever has been free the longest • The max-orders and amount limits count only today's load, so an order forgotten last week no longer makes a rider full for ever

🔔 Switch: • Tick Enable Rider Auto-Assignment in the branch settings, or on the Settings tab of Options → Rider • A branch with it off sees no change

Result: Orders spread across the riders on duty, and no order vanishes after a rider was sent to it.

Dashboard: The Paid Add-on Cards, And A Page To Run Them

New Feature

Sep 18, 2026  ·  v2.30.491

MahirRMS has apps that sit beside the ERP — the Owner App, the Rider App, the Waiter App — and until now the only way to hear about one was for somebody to mention it on a call.

📣 Now: the dashboard opens with a compact row of add-on cards, just above What's New. Each one carries the Paid Add-on tag, a Coming soon tag while the app is still on its way, one sentence about what it does, and a Request activation link. Clicking it asks for the best number to call you on, files the request with the MahirRMS team, and the card then reads Requested · we will call you. Nothing is switched on until the team calls you back.

A restaurant that already has an add-on never sees its card, and only admins and management users see the row at all.

🛠️ Super Admin → Dashboard add-on cards is where the row is run: drag the cards into the order you want, show or hide any of them, set a card to Available or Coming soon, and add a brand-new card — name, subtitle, one sentence, an icon, one of six theme colours — without a deploy. A second tab is the call list: New → Contacted → Activated or Declined.

Business-Wise Sale: Every Restaurant on One Page

New Feature

Sep 18, 2026  ·  v2.30.497

Business-Wise Sale read one restaurant's data only, and its averages were wrong: a window from 18 Sep 08:00 to 19 Sep 07:59 divided the total by the date difference, so the average equalled the total.

📊 Now: • Every restaurant on one page, with tiles for sales, orders, average order, active, silent, cancelled and discount; a click on a tile filters the list • Tabs for Active, Silent and All, and a no sales in the last 7, 15 or 30 days filter to find businesses that have gone quiet • Averages are per day and per order, and car service is an order type of its own, with a filter and a column • Lines can be grouped by branch, restaurant, brand or tenant

🧭 Filters: • One row for the start and end dates and times, arrows that move the whole window, the tenant and the restaurant • More filters for order type, the two FBR filters, sales at least and orders at least • The first view shows nine columns; Column visibility shows the rest

👤 Who sees what: • Super Admin reads every restaurant or one of them • A restaurant's own admin reads their own business with the Branch, Brand and Punched-from pickers • The old view stays at its classic address

Result: One report shows which businesses are selling and which have gone quiet.

Rider Remarks Stop Failing on the Second Note

Bug Fix

Sep 18, 2026  ·  v2.30.496

A rider who added a second remark, returned an order with a note, or changed an address got an error, because the notes were written into a column that holds 200 characters while the code allowed far more.

🛵 Now: • A remark is 100 characters at most, and so is a return note • An address change clips each address to 60 characters, so the note always fits • When a note is full, the newest lines are kept

🔐 Also: • A proof photo is shown as a picture only, whatever type the file claims to be • A wrong delivery code always uses up a try, even when several codes are sent at once

Result: A rider's note saves every time, and proof photos open as pictures.

Bank Discounts Carry Through to Payment and the Paid Slip

Bug Fix

Sep 18, 2026  ·  v2.30.488

A bill printed with a bank offer came back to the cashier with the card method selected but not the bank scheme, so the offer had to be picked again. The paid slip also buried the bank discount inside the Discount line.

💳 Now: The Make Payment screen opens with the printed bank scheme already selected and applied • It is removed again if the method is changed away from a card

🧾 Paid slip: The bank discount has its own line, Bank Discount with (-) and the amount, above the total, as on the unpaid bill • The Discount line shows only the ordinary discount, so the slip still adds up

Result: The offer the customer was given is the one charged and printed.

Delivery List: Delivered Orders Say Delivered

Improvement

Sep 17, 2026  ·  v2.30.490

On the Delivery list, an order kept saying Handed Over in the Status column even after it was delivered, the rider came back and the bill was paid.

✅ Now: the Status column shows Delivered as soon as the order is delivered. Handed Over is only shown while the order is still out with the rider. The rider-out time and the Delivered and Entered columns stay as they were.

Rider App: Unaccepted Orders Stay Off the Rider's Phone, Settled Orders Stop Showing Money

Bug Fix

Sep 17, 2026  ·  v2.30.489

A customer-app order that the call centre had not accepted yet showed up in the Rider App with token 9999, and a rider could even pick it. Orders the counter had already settled also kept showing their amount to riders.

🛵 Now: riders only see orders the counter has accepted. A pending order is not on any list, cannot be picked and sends no notification. If a rider was already set on it, that rider gets the notification the moment the counter accepts.

💵 Once the counter settles an order, its amount no longer shows on the rider's cards. Cash in hand counts only money still open: an order put on the customer's account drops off, and wallet, loyalty or voucher money the customer already paid in the customer app is not asked for at the door.

Rider Tracking: Set How Often Locations Update, Per Restaurant

Improvement

Sep 17, 2026  ·  v2.30.481

Every restaurant has its own idea of how often a rider's position should update: some want the map moving every 10 seconds, others are happy with once a minute and a smaller data bill on the riders' phones.

⏱️ Now: the Sampling interval on a trip in Business Settings → Rider tracking is the one number that drives everything. The rider's phone reports at that pace, the server accepts at that pace, the Rider Hub live map refreshes at that pace, and the customer's tracking page checks at that pace. Leave it empty for 20 seconds. The centre's floor still applies, so no restaurant can go faster than its plan allows.

Slow paces no longer raise false alarms: the No GPS or data warning on the live map waits for three missed reports before it shows.

Rider Hub: One Look For Every Tab

Improvement

Sep 17, 2026  ·  v2.30.480

✨ Every tab of Options → Rider now opens the same way: a row of tiles with the numbers that matter (open hand-in requests and cash pending, returned orders waiting at the counter, open issues, runs on the road, riders on duty, on-time rate, codes verified), then the help line, then a cleaner table with the rider or order in bold, times muted and one Refresh button in the same place on every tab.

An empty tab says so in a sentence. Open issues get an orange edge so they stand out. Points and Settings keep their cards with proper headers. Nothing changed in what the buttons do.
