Discounts on an order that was later cancelled were still counted as given to customers, on the staff board, the Compare tab and the nightly figures.

📉 Now: A cancelled order takes its discounts out of every figure • A cashier who closed a drawer short stays on the staff board, even with no sales that day • A line voided off a paid order no longer counts as an item sold

Result: The owner sees only the discounts that actually reached the customer.

The owner app had no way to change the sign-in password.

🔑 Now, under Settings: Enter your current password, then the new one twice • Other devices stay signed in • A wrong current password is refused with a clear message

Result: Your owner password is yours to change, from your phone.

The Compare tab could only compare the same clock time, and item movers were ranked by quantity, so a cheap item could top the list while the money came from somewhere else.

🔀 Basis: So far compares the same hour yesterday or last week • Once the day is done, the tab switches to Full day by itself • The month card shows the same span last year

🏆 Items and guests: Item movers are ranked by revenue, with a hide list for items the owner does not want to see • Guests are shown instead of "0.0 table turns" on delivery-led branches • The busy-hours headline is plain, such as "Busiest stretch still ahead on Wed last week: 9p–11p"

Result: The comparison answers the question in money, not just in quantity.

A credit recovered from an earlier bill was counted as today's sale, so one branch showed a 7,236% jump that never happened.

⛽ Food cost: Food cost has its own card, leading with the last closed business day's actual consumption cost • It says how many branches have closed and names the ones still open • Today's estimate sits beneath it

🧾 Expenses and registers: Expenses show how much is waiting for voucher approval • Registers left open from earlier days are counted as stale, not as open today

Result: The Today numbers match the till, and an old bill never looks like a sale.

A month of completed orders with item detail ran out of memory before the screen could show it, so the report could not be read at all.

📊 Export Excel: An Export Excel button sits beside Search on the completed-orders filter bar • The file is the same table the screen shows, with the same columns, filters and report type • Big months stream straight into the workbook row by row, so the screen never has to draw them • Numbers stay numbers; codes, long ids and leading zeros stay text, as on screen

🛠️ Also fixed: Commented-out columns no longer shift the cells, and a stray bad character no longer blanks a cell

Result: A full month of orders in one Excel file, from the filter bar.

When a sale failed to sync with the tax authority, the admin saw a message and had no way to reproduce the failure.

🔧 Now: • On a failed manual sync, an admin or superadmin gets Copy request as cURL on the completed orders list • The copied command is the exact request the server sent, with its headers and body, so the failure can be reproduced outside the POS • The command carries the access token, so share it only with support • Cashiers see only the message

Result: A failed tax sync can be passed to support in one paste.

When a time was picked on a production, closing-inventory or stock-transfer form, the save quietly replaced it with the current time.

🕐 Now: • The time you pick is the time that is saved • A form submitted with no date uses the current time, without an error in the log

🛡️ Also: • Stray page requests to the production save are turned away before the production counter moves • A production save that names no product is refused with a message

Result: The time on the record is the time you chose.

A recipe line can be limited to certain order types or third-party companies, but the recipe table never showed the limit.

🍽️ Now: • Two new columns after Unit: Order Types and Third Parties • A line open to every order reads All, and a line with no third-party orders shows a dash • The Food Recipes report, the production quick view and the Excel export all show them

Result: Nobody has to open each recipe to check a line's rules.

The unpaid bill named the bank offer, but the paid receipt and its copy showed only a bare Discount line.

🧾 Now: • Paid receipts and reprints show Bank Discount with the offer and its rate, as an information line • The amount stored at payment is kept, so an expired offer still names itself on a reprint • Shown on the standard and slim receipts, on the on-screen invoice and on the PDF download • The line is information only: the discount is already in the total

Result: The receipt shows the customer the offer they paid with.

A draft punched at lunch and placed at dinner kept its lunch date, so it counted on the wrong day, and the table timer and kitchen clock started too early.

🕒 Now: • Placing a draft or a pending order dates it at the moment it is placed • Its items take the same date, so the day's figures and reports match • A reservation's arrival time still wins where there is one

Result: Each order counts on the day it was placed, and its timer starts then.

The rupee sign ₨ does not display on many Android phones, and amounts showed as an empty box in the owner app.

💱 Now: • Businesses that use the Pakistani rupee show Rs wherever the currency symbol appears • The change is made once on the business data, so nothing needs to be switched on

Result: Amounts read the same on every phone.

Comparing a half-finished day with a whole past day was not a fair comparison, and a single branch had nothing to compare with.

📊 Now: • Pick the comparison: yesterday, the same weekday last week, the same date last month or last year, the average of the last four weekdays or of 30 days, or any date • Every figure is cut at the same time of day, so a day still running is compared fairly • Branches are ranked worst first, with chips for cash short, discounts and voids • An hourly race shows how the day built up against the comparison • Busy hours, what sold differently, and this month so far with a projection to month end

Result: Know which branch is behind, and by how much, while there is still time.
