New Order Screen Finds Your Customer's Branch Automatically

New Feature

Jul 22, 2026  ·  v2.30.86

Starting a multi-branch order used to mean guessing which branch to pick. Now the branch-selection screen can look up the customer first and auto-select their last branch and area — with everything carried straight onto the order form.

📞 Find the Customer First: • Optional Customer Number and Name fields right on the branch-selection screen, in clean single-line rows • The number field has the same country picker and validation as the main POS form • Enter a number and the customer's name and all saved addresses appear instantly • Unknown numbers are flagged clearly instead of being mistaken for a walk-in.

🎯 Last Branch & Area, Auto-Tracked: • The branch dropdown jumps to the branch the customer last ordered from • That branch's delivery areas load with the last-ordered area already selected • Pick a different saved address and the branch and area re-target to that address — each address remembers its own last area.

🛒 Everything Carries Into the Order: • On Submit, the order form arrives pre-filled — number, name, alternate phone, selected address and area, with delivery charges following automatically • A brand-new customer typed here is created on order save, no extra steps • The classic quick flow is untouched: just pick a branch and go — every new field is optional.

Result: Call-center staff punch orders faster, to the right branch and area, without re-asking regulars for details they've already given.

Kitchen Timers Now Start When the Order Is Accepted

New Feature

Jul 22, 2026  ·  v2.30.84

The kitchen display used to time every order from the moment it arrived — so a delivery-partner or app order that waited in the pending list looked late the second you accepted it. Now the KDS clock starts at acceptance, and the system quietly records the time of every step of the order's journey.

⏱️ A Fair Kitchen Clock: • KDS card timers (both layouts) count from the moment the order enters the kitchen — acceptance for pending orders, punch time for regular ones • The late-order alert uses the same clock, so accepted orders no longer flash red on arrival • Accepted orders show an AT (accepted time) line on the card next to the original order time.

🕒 The Whole Journey, Time-Stamped: • Every order now records when it was received, accepted, marked ready, served, handed to the rider, delivered, or cancelledWho marked an order ready or served is recorded from every kitchen screen, including per-item marking • Editing an order never resets its kitchen clock.

🥡 Takeaway & Delivery Done Right: • Takeaway pickup and delivery times are stamped at payment when auto-deliver is on, or when you change the order status when it's off • For delivery orders, rider handover and the final Delivered mark each get their own timestamp • Marking an order ready never counts as delivered.

Result: Kitchen timing finally reflects reality — and every order carries a complete, minute-by-minute history from punch to delivery.

Duplicate Accounting Vouchers — Gone for Good

Bug Fix

Jul 21, 2026  ·  v2.30.81

Some businesses saw the same voucher posted two or three times after a double-click or a slow connection. All seven voucher entry forms — debit, credit, expense, income, contra, journal, and inter-branch — are now hardened end to end.

🛡️ One Click, One Voucher: • The save button locks while saving, so impatient double-clicks can't post twice • If the same submission somehow arrives again, the system recognizes it and returns the original voucher instead of creating a duplicate • Two vouchers can never share a number, even when two users save at the exact same moment.

🔢 Voucher Numbers, Handled for You: • The voucher number field is gone from the forms — numbers are assigned automatically at save time in a strict sequence • When editing, the assigned number shows read-only, so it can never be changed by hand.

Result: Every voucher posts exactly once, with a clean, gap-free numbering your accountant can trust.

Delivery-Partner Orders Now Charge Your Branch Prices

Bug Fix

Jul 21, 2026  ·  v2.30.80

Orders arriving automatically from delivery partners (Blinkco) now respect your selling price groups instead of falling back to default menu prices.

🏷️ The Right Price, Every Time: • Items, deals, and paid add-ons on partner orders are priced from the branch's selling price group • If the partner itself has its own price group assigned, that one wins — exactly like an order punched at the POS • Taxes are calculated on the correct group price, so bills and reports line up.

Result: No more partner orders billed at the wrong rate — online and counter prices finally agree.

Discount Vouchers: Stack Them, Authorize Them, Report Them

New Feature

Jul 21, 2026  ·  v2.30.77

Discount vouchers grew up: customers can now redeem more than one voucher on a single order, every redemption is recorded and reportable, and you can require an authorizing person on every voucher scan.

🎟️ Multiple Vouchers Per Order: • Apply a second (or third) voucher on the same order — item-level and whole-order vouchers combine safely • The combined discount is capped automatically so stacking can never exceed the bill • Manual discounts still take over cleanly when a manager steps in.

🔐 Authorization on Scan (optional): • A new branch setting adds an Authorized By person to the voucher-scan dialog, verified by password, PIN, or RFID • Enforced at the server, so the dialog can't be bypassed • The authorizer is stamped on the order and in the discount ledger.

📊 Redemption Report, Rebuilt: • A new Latest data source shows one row per voucher redeemed — who applied it, who authorized it, and the exact amount given • Vouchers later replaced by a manual discount are flagged as superseded instead of disappearing • A dropdown keeps the Legacy view available for historical orders.

Result: Every voucher redeemed is controlled, capped, and fully accounted for.

Your Brand's App Colors & Transparent Logos

New Feature

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

Your customer app's look is now yours to control: light and dark theme colors per brand, edited right from Business Setup.

🎨 Theme Colors: • The Theme page now has Layout and Colors tabs • Edit the full light & dark palettes with color pickers, per business and brand • One click resets a brand back to the default look • The customer app picks the new colors up automatically.

🖼️ Logos Done Right: • Transparent logos and favicons now stay transparent through the built-in cropper • Previews sit on a checkerboard so you can see transparency at a glance • A delete button removes an uploaded logo from the server, and replaced images are cleaned up automatically.

Result: Every brand looks like itself — in the app and on every printed bill.

POS & Back-Office Quality of Life

Improvement

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

A round of everyday polish across the POS and admin screens.

🖥️ POS: • The POS remembers your active tab in the address bar and restores it on refresh • Order unique IDs now show on processing tables and can print on standard and slim bills • Complimentary orders get their own report tab and filters.

🗂️ Back Office: • The discount vouchers list is now paginated with filters and search — smooth even with many thousands of vouchers • Daily activity validation cards show labeled formula breakdowns so you can see how each number was computed • The What's New bell now counts only updates you personally haven't seen yet.

Result: Fewer clicks, fewer mysteries, faster everyday work.

Double Payments & Post-Payment Edits — Blocked

Bug Fix

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

A set of hard guards around the POS payment moment, driven by real incident investigations.

🛡️ One Order, One Payment: • Bulk and automatic payments are now serialized per order, so two cashiers (or a double-click) can never charge the same order twice • Order editing locks the moment payment starts — items can no longer slip into an order after it was paid.

📚 Books Stay Honest: • A paid sale can never be voided by cleanup tooling • Fixed a root cause that could double-count sales in your accounts under rare timing conditions.

Result: What the customer paid is what the order says and what the books show — every time.

Inter-Branch Books That Balance Themselves

New Feature

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

Branches paying for each other used to mean manual double entries. Now the books carry a real branch dimension and can clear inter-branch balances automatically.

🏬 For-Branch Vouchers: • Tag any voucher line as “for” another branch • With permission, one save posts both sides of the inter-branch entry — no second voucher to remember • A settlement button squares outstanding balances between branches.

📈 Reports That Respect Branches: • Profit & Loss and trial balance now attribute lines to the branch that truly incurred them • Expense lines ask for a cost centre, keeping branch performance honest.

Result: Head office finally sees each branch's true numbers, and inter-branch dues stop drifting.

Trade Receivables & Payables, with Aging You Can Trust

New Feature

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

Two new statements — Trade Receivables and Trade Payables — plus party filters across your accounting reports.

📊 Receivables & Payables: • See exactly who owes you and whom you owe, with balances and aging buckets that settle oldest dues first • Both directions covered, including customers in credit and suppliers you've overpaid.

🔎 Find One Party Anywhere: • Filter ten accounting reports by party — a customer, supplier, staff member, or branch • On the General Ledger the party filter works even without picking an account • Report headers now state exactly which party you filtered, so printed copies read unambiguously.

Result: Chasing a balance no longer means digging through account trees — ask for the party and get the answer.

Draw Your Delivery Zones Right on the Map

New Feature

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

Branch delivery areas are now drawn visually on the map — no more guessing what a radius covers.

🗺️ Zone Editor: • Draw your branch's main delivery zone as a custom polygon directly on a modern map • Drag points to match real streets and neighbourhoods instead of a blind circle.

📍 Smarter Coverage Checks: • Zone lookups now ignore whole-city and blanket polygons, so orders land with the branch that genuinely covers the address • Cleaner results when multiple branches overlap.

Result: Delivery orders route to the right branch because the map finally matches reality.

Loyalty Points, Customer Segments & Wallet Management

New Feature

Jul 20, 2026  ·  v2.30.x

Reward your regulars: a full rule-based loyalty program with customer segments, plus wallet management built right into the customer list.

🎁 Loyalty Program: • Define earning rules so customers collect points automatically on their orders • Group customers into segments (VIP, regular, new) and target rules per segment • Every point movement is recorded in an audit ledger so balances are always explainable.

👤 Customer List Superpowers:Wallet balance and loyalty points shown as badges on every customer row • Add wallet funds straight from the list or the edit form • Adjust loyalty points manually with a tracked reason.

🔁 Points to Wallet & Full History: • Convert a customer's points into wallet credit using your exchange rate, with minimum-point protection • Dedicated per-customer wallet ledger and loyalty history pages show every earn, spend, and conversion.

Result: Repeat customers get rewarded, and you can see and manage every point and rupee of it.
