Sale vouchers could be missing, doubled, out of date or wrong against the orders they came from, and some unbalanced vouchers were left for a person to fix.

The year-end close used one fiscal calendar and one all-branches popup, so a branch with its own year could not be closed on its own.

📅 Now: Each branch has its own fiscal calendar and its own closing • A six-step wizard replaces the all-branches popup • Signing in no longer breaks once a fiscal year has ended • The closing jobs run in slices on the long lane, so a large year does not time out • A job the queue stops is marked as stopped, not left on running for ever

🛠️ Follow-up: The pre-close checks fix themselves with one click • One click gives every branch its own year • Vouchers can be re-stamped to the right year at any time • The next year starts the second after the closed one ends, keeps the shop-hour boundary, and always runs twelve months

Result: Each branch closes its own year, and every new year runs twelve months.

When a waiter edited an order, the order note and the kitchen note did not stay in their own boxes, and a line's note could drop off.

Result: Notes written at the table reach the kitchen as written.

A call centre cart could be priced at a different selling price group from the one the branch charges, so the total did not match the branch.

Result: The call centre quotes the price the branch charges.

Orders that were already paid, and orders the restaurant delivers itself, did not reach the rider app, so riders could not list, pick or deliver them.

🛵 Now: Paid orders and self-delivery orders are listed, picked and delivered in the rider app • Nothing is collected at the door for a paid order • A pick sends the customer the on-the-way message, as the web handover does • A delivery written just after midnight still opens its card, and tapping delivered again says it is already done

Result: Every order a rider is sent reaches the rider app.

An old build of the rider app could keep running after its fixes were out, and there was no way to tell the rider to update.

📲 Now: When a rider's app build is below the minimum that has been set, the app stops and asks the rider to update • Riders on a current build are not affected

🧹 Quiet reliability fixes: A rider's app token opens only that rider's own live channel • Rider positions can no longer be read from a phone, only by the ERP • Live rider positions are cached • Every rider alert keeps each phone's answer, and a dead push token is dropped from its phone • Remarks show as plain text on the Assign rider and areas pages

Result: The rider app stays current, and rider alerts reach the right phones.

Ticking Log out all devices when a staff password was set could sign out a different person, whose id happened to match, and the manager who ticked it could be signed out as well.

🔐 Now: Only the staff member whose password was changed is signed out everywhere • The manager who ticked the box stays signed in

Result: A forced sign-out now reaches the right account.
