🍔 Online Order Instructions Reach the Kitchen: • Customer special instructions from online and aggregator orders now flow straight into the order and kitchen notes • Per-item notes are carried through alongside delivery • Nothing gets lost between the ordering app and your kitchen line.

⚡ Faster, More Reliable Live Updates: • Real-time order and status updates are now switched on for more restaurants • New orders, readiness, and changes appear instantly on screen • Less need to refresh during busy service and our realtime service is not more Highly Available and load is distributed to more servers.

🔄 More Flexible Order Cancellation: • Call-center and online orders can now be cancelled without the previous pending-only restriction • Fewer blocked cancellations when you need to clear an order quickly.

Result: Online orders carry their instructions all the way to the kitchen, screens stay live, and cancelling an order just got easier.

Two fixes keep your floor running smoothly: finished orders no longer get stuck on the Kitchen Display after an item is removed, and rider capacity now counts only the orders your own riders actually deliver.

🍽️ Removing an Item Keeps Order Status Accurate: • When you remove or cancel an item, an order's Ready / Served status is recalculated from the items that remain • An order where everything else is already done no longer stays stuck at "Not Ready / Not Served" on the KDS • Previously affected orders were corrected too.

🏍️ Smarter Rider Capacity: • Third-party orders delivered by the aggregator's own courier no longer count against your riders' handover limit • Your riders stay free to take the deliveries they actually carry, so auto-assignment isn't blocked by orders nobody on your staff is delivering.

Result: Kitchen status stays trustworthy and riders stay available for real deliveries.

This release fixes how deal items spanning multiple kitchens are tracked on the Kitchen Display, so marking work as Ready or Served stays accurate department by department.

🍱 Per-Department Deal Marking: • When a deal's items are split across two kitchens, marking one department's items as Ready or Served no longer touches the other department's items • Each kitchen now updates only the items it's actually responsible for, even when those items share the same add-on or variant.

✅ Correct "Served" Status: • Once the last department finishes an order, it now shows as fully Served (or Ready) instead of staying stuck on "Partially Served" on the POS.

Result: Multi-kitchen deals are marked off cleanly—no cross-department surprises and no lingering "Partially Served" orders.

This update sharpens your Kitchen Display so partly-finished orders never slip through the cracks, and gives you cleaner printed bills.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Display That Tracks Every Item: • Paid orders that still have items waiting to be prepared or served stay actionable on the kitchen screen instead of dropping off as "done" • Marking an order as served now correctly clears every outstanding line—including ones that hadn't yet been marked Ready or Served • No more "completed" orders hiding items the kitchen still needs to finish.

🧾 Receipt PRA Logo Control: • The short PRA logo now prints on your bills only when you've enabled it for that receipt layout • Cleaner receipts by default, with the logo fully under your control.

Result: Your kitchen never loses sight of unfinished items, and your bills print exactly what you choose.

Tax-authority invoicing just got more dependable: sales now reach both your tax authorities with automatic retries, and every receipt shows a verified invoice block for each one.

🧾 Dual Tax-Authority Sync with Auto-Retry: • Branches registered with two authorities (for example FBR plus PRA or KPRA) now submit to each one independently, so one succeeding never waits on the other • If either submission doesn't go through, it's retried automatically a few times over the following hours until both invoices are registered.

✅ Verified Receipts for Both Authorities: • Printed receipts now show the official verification block — authority logo, invoice number, and QR code — for your primary and secondary authority alike • Consistent across all receipt formats, including the standard, compact, tax-hidden, and pre-payment bills.

💵 FBR POS Fee on the Bill: • Where it applies, the FBR POS Fee now appears as its own line in the bill total, so the charge is clear to both you and your customer.

Result: Your sales reliably reach every tax authority, and each receipt clearly proves a verified invoice for each one.

This update smooths out your daily operations: paid orders now stay visible in the kitchen until they're actually served, so you can always finish and close your day cleanly, plus clearer money totals on your register printout.

📱 See Every Active Login: • Open Devices & Sessions right from the Users list • Review each device a team member is logged in on—device name, platform, and last active time—all in one place • Know exactly who is signed in where, without guesswork.

🔒 Log Out a Device or Everywhere: • Sign out a single device, or use Log Out Everywhere to end every active session for a user at once • Access is revoked immediately, so a lost, stolen, or shared device can't keep using the account • Actions are protected so they can't be triggered accidentally.

Manufacturing gets a major upgrade: recipes now understand how they're meant to be produced, with auto-weight and locked recipes, powerful listing filters, and a tidier Inventory menu.

🍲 Recipe Type Segregation (Many-to-One / One-to-Many): • Each recipe is now tagged as Many-to-One (ingredients → one product) or One-to-Many (one input → multiple outputs, e.g. butchery) • Production enforces the right type—standard production needs a Many-to-One recipe and Raw Production needs One-to-Many, with mismatches blocked before any stock moves • The recipe picker auto-filters to the correct type for the screen you're on.

⚖️ Auto-Weight & Locked Recipes: • Auto-weight recipes are validated so output and ingredients share the same unit, with a clear message if they don't • Locked recipes freeze quantity, unit, price, waste, and output during production—protecting standardized recipes from accidental edits.

🔎 Recipe Listing Filters & Faster Loading: • Filter recipes by type, category, single recipe, auto-weight, locked, privacy, or "contains ingredient" • Per-recipe ingredient breakdowns are now opt-in, so the default recipe list loads noticeably faster • New "Type" column at a glance.

📂 Cleaner Navigation & Toolbars: • Rebuilt the Inventory menu into a tabbed mega-menu (Management, Entry Points, and Inventory Reports) • Purchase & Inventory reports are moving under Inventory (with a heads-up notice in the Reports menu) • Redesigned table toolbars—filters now get their own full-width row, with length, search, export, and column controls neatly arranged.
